From the cold, clear waters of Alaska's Copper River comes Fresh and Smoked Alaska Wild Salmon. Copper River Seafoods is an Alaskan based corporation owned and operated by the Copper River Fishermen. We take only the finest of our Copper River Salmon and gently smoke them with a traditional cold smoke. We use our own natural Alaskan Alders to create a distinctive delicate flavor.
