Thai Basil Marinade
A delicate lime base with ingredients such as Rice Wine Vinegar, Soy Sauce, Lime Juice, Sesame Oil, Shallots, Garlic and Spices. Light and so fresh tasting!
It is a great marinade for shrimp, scallops, all kinds of white fish and then, of course - chicken and pork are perfect too!
For a fun barbecue, marinate scallops or shrimp and then make skewers with the shrimp or scallops, fresh chunks of pineapple, green onions and tomatoes. Brush with sauce while grilling. Serve with Jasmine Rice garnished with chopped cilantro and cashews if desired.
Korean Soy Ginger Marinade
All of those Asian flavors that we love - Ginger, Soy and Sesame.
Perfect for steaks, chicken and fish when you want all those great Asian flavors. Just marinate for as little as 10 minutes but longer if you have the time. Then grill or roast. Also use this for stir-frying or tossing with rice.
