Most home cooks find creating sauces to be the most difficult aspect of creating a gourmet meal. Home cooks are often at a loss when it comes to creating sauces based upon stock reductions due to the many hours and saucier-level skills required to make the classic French sauces.

Now, the products of More Than Gourmet enable home cooks to quickly and easily create countless variations in reduction sauces, which are equal in quality to sauces served in Four-Star Restaurants. All that's required is to add water to achieve the desired consistency. The all-natural products require no refrigeration until opened and have a shelf life of 1 1/2 years. A little goes a long way!
